What's my problem?

I'm an 18 year old male.

For the last year or so, I haven't been able to go long amounts of time without urinating. It used to be that I could urinate for a whole minute when my bladder was full, and now that's more like twenty seconds. I can only go about three or four hours at most before having to pee again. What's worse is that when I try to go to sleep, if I'm not sufficiently tired, I'd feel like I have to go to the toilet every twenty minutes even though there's hardly any urine inside me. Even more recently when masturbating my orgasms have been very anticlimactic, and I'm not sure whether or not this is related.

Does anyone know what these symptoms would point to? What should I do about it? It doesn't seem to be a serious problem, and doesn't affect my life too greatly, but I'd really like to know if there's an easy way to remedy it without having to tell my family and see a doctor about it.

Or, failing that, point me in the direction of a more active community which helps with these kinds of issues?
